    • Purpose of the support scheme:

    The environmentally friendly technologies scheme aims to increase the competitiveness of entrepreneurs using environmentally friendly technological solutions by implementing activities leading to the implementation of innovative processes, products, services or solutions in the enterprise that lead to the development of the entrepreneur's business activity, in particular an increase in revenues, profit or employment, and at the same time better waste management, energy efficiency, reduced emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, and more efficient material management. Activities leading to implementation may include the development, application or commercialization of innovative processes, products, services or solutions.

  2. Project goal:

    The aim of the project was to launch the production of three new products that have not been offered on the market before. A technology was developed for obtaining beer based on beer recipes specially created for the Applicant, based on pilsner-type barley malt with an admixture of caramel, dark, coloring malts and wheat, rye or oat malts based on raw materials found only in the Tuchola Forest, taking into account environmentally friendly and traditional production technologies the so-called "CLEAN LABEL". To launch the production of innovative products, he constructed a microbrewery building powered by renewable energy sources (photovoltaic installation, heat pumps and heat recovery). The facility in question has a technological line (set of devices) installed with a high degree of innovation, which is a combination of traditional technological solutions with an automatic processing system that ensures repeatability and constant availability with variable production volumes. It is a system that allows for the natural production of semi-finished products in the process of product creation in a stabilized way - always the same, while maintaining high taste and smell parameters, durability and health benefits. The result of the project is an increase in the competitiveness of Drew – Kon Sp. z o. o. through the use of environmentally friendly technological solutions and the implementation of activities leading to the implementation of innovative products, processes and solutions in the enterprise, which lead to the development of the company's business activities, in particular to an increase in revenues, profit and employment. The planned project also contributed to better waste management, greater energy efficiency, reduced emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and more efficient material management.

  4. Project results:
    As a result of the project, a production line for the production of Fojut beers was purchased and launched, based on regional raw materials endemic to the investment area, taking into account environmentally friendly and traditional production technologies, the so-called "CLEAN LABEL". The technological line allowed the launch of the production of three innovative products, i.e.
    1) PiwoFojutowskie Bright - the innovation is a combination of Pilsner malt and wheat malt, chamber-flavored (not smoked) with natural pine oil from the Tuchola Forest.
    2) PiwoFojutowskie UL - the essence of the innovative recipe is to obtain wild yeast during the growing season of plants from the family ecosystem of native fields, orchards, meadows and forests of the Tuchola Forests.
    3) PiwoFojutowskieZielarz - the innovation is a combination of Pilsner malts with a specially selected mixture of herbs, coming exclusively from the Tuchola Forest.  

    The result of the project is also the implementation of eco-innovation, understood as significant and visible progress towards achieving sustainable development by reducing the negative impact on the environment, increasing resistance to environmental burdens or achieving a more effective and responsible use of natural resources.


     
  5. Indicators of the implementation of project objectives:

    As a result of the project implementation, the following project indicators were achieved:
    • Number of innovative processes used in the enterprise as a result of the project (new for the enterprise) – 1.00 pcs.
    • Number of innovative products (products or services) introduced to the market (commercialized) as a result of the project – 3.0 pcs.
    • Number of jobs created (total) – 6.0 pcs.
    • Estimated reduction in annual CO2 emissions - 52.95 tons,
    • Estimated reduction in annual electricity consumption – 0.02 GWh,

      The beneficiary anticipates that the result indicator titled “Estimated annual growth in annual turnover” (12%) will be achieved in 2025.
